Shippingpolicy

We deliver across India through courier partners. Enter your pincode on the product page and we tell you if we deliver there before you place the order. Remote pincodes may take longer, or may not be covered yet.

Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Below that, a flat fee of ₹49 applies. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

All prices include GST. Coupon codes are applied at checkout.

We pack and hand over your order to the courier within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. After that, delivery takes a few working days across India, depending on your pincode.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Festivals, weather and courier delays can add time. We will do our best to keep you informed.

Once your order ships you can follow it on track order with your order number and the phone number you gave at checkout.

The courier will usually try to reach you by phone and attempt delivery more than once. Please keep your phone on and give a complete address. If delivery fails because the address or phone number is wrong, or nobody is available, the parcel may come back to us. We can send it again after you pay the shipping fee again. For cash on delivery orders, repeated refusal may mean we do not offer cash on delivery to you in future.

Please check the box when it arrives. If a pack is damaged or leaking, take a photo and write to us within 48 hours from the contact page. See returns and refunds for what happens next.
